Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of v2schneider, operated by Schlauch & Schlauch GbR, Eduard-Flach-Straße 20, 87700 Memmingen, Germany. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

v2schneider provides software generation and codebase refurbishment tools. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your content

You retain ownership of code and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content you provide and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Submit malware, exploit code, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Misrepresent your identity or circumvent usage limits or access controls.

Payment

Paid features are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Output may require review, testing, and modification before production use. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate software produced with v2schneider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schlauch & Schlauch GbR and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
